New For 2009
North Wales have recently aquired a new JCB for use on race days
and work partys. It has already showed that it is a valuable piece
of machinery to have during the previous work partys this year.
Computerised Heat and Grid Selection
Hopefully this will be a new system that will be put in place in
2009 to replace the old (picking out of the hat) method.
All those that have raced at the "big meetings" e.g. Nationals and
BAS rounds will no that it is alot more organised in the pits and
startline with this method in place.
Drivers will know what heat and starting grid they will be in well
before there race, as they are picked at random by a computer program.
The class's heats and grids can then be printed off and displayed on The
new Pits Notice Board for everyone to view, Which was kindly donated
to the club by Dennis Owen.
